ios 10.0.2 sound and icon app notifications problem

Hello everyone, I have the device 6S plus with the last update iOS 10.0.2 and I can't get notifications to the device when someone sends me a message on Viber and in other apps too, no sound sometimes and no notification on the app icon. I have try everything so far I check the sound, i check the notification, I reinstalled the app and the ios update all from the begin as new iPhone but the problem still the same, I don't know if that is a bug or if I have to try anything else any suggestions? thank you
